Protecting your personal data is important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Austrian TKG 2021). In this policy we explain which data we process when you visit this website, for what purpose, and what rights you have.

Contact and forms
When you use the contact form, the sizing calculator or a download form, we process the details you enter — name, email address, optionally phone number, company and your message — in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and your consent. We also process your details to qualify the enquiry, such as industry, company size and demand volume, so that we can give you a relevant answer. Your data is not passed to third parties without your consent, except to the processors named on this page.
Storing your enquiry in our CRM
Enquiries submitted through the forms are transferred automatically to our internal CRM system and stored there so that they can be handled in a traceable way. We transfer the details you provided, the technical origin of the enquiry (page visited, referring page, campaign parameters where present) and an automatically generated assessment of which product may suit you. No IP address is transmitted. The CRM runs on servers within the European Union. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the orderly handling of enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Automated assessment of enquiries
To prepare the response, every enquiry is assessed and briefly summarised automatically. An AI language model is used for this, and the contents of your enquiry are transmitted to it. This assessment serves internal triage only. No automated decision within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place — your enquiry is always decided on by a person.
Email delivery
We use the service Resend (Resend Inc.) to send notifications about incoming enquiries. The contents of the message and your contact details are processed in the course of this. A data processing agreement is in place with the provider; processing takes place in the European Union region.
AI advisor on the website
This website offers an AI-supported advisor for hydrogen topics. What you enter into this chat window is transmitted to a language model provider and processed there in order to answer you. The advisor may ask you for contact details during the conversation, either to pass your enquiry to our sales team or to email you the link to an energy requirements questionnaire. This happens only after you have explicitly agreed in the chat; without that agreement no contact details are transmitted. Contact details transmitted this way are processed as described in the section "Storing your enquiry in our CRM". Beyond that, please do not enter confidential data into this chat. We do not permanently link chat histories to a user account. If no provider is configured, the advisor answers exclusively from a fixed knowledge base and no data is transmitted.
Cookies
We set technically necessary cookies to store your cookie decision (hs_consent, lifetime 180 days). This cookie is required for operation and is set without consent, as it solely documents your choice. Statistics cookies (see the next section) are only set after your explicit consent. We also use your browser's session storage to record the first page of your session; this information only leaves your device if you submit a form, and is deleted when you close the browser tab.
Web analytics with Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to evaluate the use of the website statistically and to improve it. Processing takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before you consent, no analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google; we use Google Consent Mode v2 with the default setting “denied” for this. After your consent, cookies (_ga, _ga_*) are set and pseudonymous usage data is collected: pages visited, approximate region of origin, device type, time on page, and the triggering of forms and downloads. The IP address is truncated. Advertising and personalisation features are permanently disabled. Transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page. On withdrawal we delete the analytics cookies that were set.
Page speed measurement
If you have consented to web analytics, we additionally transmit technical measurements about the display quality of the page (such as loading time and layout stability). These values are not personal data and serve exclusively to improve the site technically.
Hosting and server logs
This website runs on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. When you visit, log data transmitted by your browser is processed automatically: the address requested, the time, the volume of data transferred, browser type and IP address. This data is required for secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
Retention period
We store enquiries from forms for as long as is necessary to handle them and to meet statutory retention obligations. Your cookie decision is stored for 180 days. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months.
Your rights
You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent you have given at any time with effect for the future.
